Tasting Note: Mr Micks passion for Rosé dated back to the late 1960s when his nephew had just qualified from University at Roseworthy. Keen to impress his uncle, he produced the first Ros under Mr Micks watchful eye. Today, Mr Mick Rosé revives his intent for the wine in a way no other Australian Rosé seems to do.This is an alluring wine with subtle complexity of strawberry, hints of lychee and white peach. Soft fruit lingers before a cleansing, dry finish.
